Below is the January menu. Next to each menu item you will find a brief description of the meal and the suggested quantity and type of meat* that you should plan to add to your bag when you get home.

Below the menu, we have provided some accompaniment suggestions for each meal.

April 2020 Event Menu

  • Cilantro Citrus Tilapia, Chicken or Pork Chops -  (Add 6 pieces of tilapia (fresh or frozen) or chicken or pork chops) A unique blen of sweet and tart, cilantri dill and pungent garlic that adds a refreshing flavor to seafood, poultry or pork chop. GF
  • Sara's Cacciatore - (Add 6 large pieces of chicken) A classic tomato "Hunter's" chicken prepared with tomatoes and mushrooms and herbs in the Italian style.
  • Easy Cassoulet - (Add 8oz cut-up skinless boneless chicken thighs and 8oz COOKED sliced smokey turkey sausage and 1/2 bag of frozen carrots) A hearty stew with white beans, various meats, vegetables, and herbs, slowly simmered. GF
  • Korean Salmon, Beef or Chicken - (Add 2-3 lbs of chicken or beef tips) Sweet soy sauce based marinade.
  • Crockpot Sloppy Joes - (Add 2lbs COOKED  ground turkey, chicken or beef) A Classic tomato sloppy joe flavor perfect in a bun with a cole slaw.
  • Herb Chicken - (Add a 4lbs whole chicen- removed gizzards) an herb flavored marinade for a whole chicken, GF
  • Cola Roast - (Add a 3lb beef roast) A flavorful carmamelized marinade for a roast, makesit extra moist and a gravy build in.
  • Soft Fajita Tacos - (add 1.5lbs of chicken or beef fajita meat) flavorfull fajita southwest seasoning taco sauce with onions and peppers. GF
  • Tangy Tejano Pork or Chicken -  (Add 6 breasts or 3lb pork tenderloin) Orange enchilada marinade. GF
  • Tortilla Chicken & Rice - (Add 3lbs of hicken pieces) A creamy blend of spice that tastes great over rice.


April 2019 Suggested Accompaniments:

  • Cilantro Citrus Tilapia, Chicken or Pork Chops - Serve with rice and roasted asparagus
  • Sara's Cacciatore - Serve with noodles and a side salad
  • Easy Cassoulet -Serve over brown rice with a side salad
  • Korean Salmon, Beef or Chicken - Serve with brown rice, asparagus and fruit salad.
  • Crockpot Sloppy Joes - .Serve with whole wheat buns, cole slaw, carrot sticks and sweet potato fries.
  • Herb Chicken - Serve with sweet potatoes, carrots, celery & parsnips,
  • Cola Roast - Serve with Roasted Red Potatoes, asparagus and sliced pineapple.
  • Soft Fajita Tacos - Serve with soft tortilla and top with shredded cheddar and sour cream and serve with a side salad and guacamole and tortilla chips
  • Tangy Tejano Pork or Chicken - Serve over rice, with corn, side salad and applesauce.
  • Tortilla Chicken & Rice - Serve over rice and a side salad

**GF: All the January recipes can be made Gluten Free (except the Sara's Cacciatore and Tortilla and Rice) upon request at sign up for those who need it. Please let us know what alternate recipe you would like to double up on if desired.

  • Chicken Teriyaki Wings - Serve with rice pilaf and steamed asparagus
  • Taco Soup- Top it with shredded cheddar and a dollop of sour cream and tortilla chips
  • Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast – Add potatoes and carrots and serve with a side salad and dinner roll
  • Swiss Steak Soup - Serve with egg noodles and side salad
  • Puerto Rico Shredded Pork - Serve with a wheat roll, plantain chips and a side salad or roasted vegetables
  • Crockpot Enchilada Chicken - Serve with tortillas, cheese, sour cream, refried beans, Mexican rice
  • Spaghetti Bolognese - Serve with pasta & tossed salad
  • Pepperoncini Tenderloin - Serve over a salad or with roasted red potatoes and sautéed spinach and carrots

November 2019 Suggested Accompaniments:

  • So Simple Dinner: Serve with dinner rolls and salad (remember to add a bag of frozen vegetables and potatoes of your choice)
  • Seafood Gumbo: Serve over rice and garnish with avocado and Italian bread (remember to add a bag of frozen okra while cooking, refer to bag instructions)
  • Phoenix Chicken: Serve with rice, flour tortillas, and side salad
  • Cranberry Spiced Tenderloin: Serve with roasted red potatoes and gazed carrots and side salad
  • Mediterranean Garlic Basil Chicken: Serve with wheat pilaf, steamed broccoli and side salad
  • Slow Cooker Country Style Pork Ribs: Serve with roasted potatoes, corn and a side salad
  • Beefy Spaghetti: Serve over pasta with garlic bread and small salad
  • Brown Sugar Honey Pineapple Ham: Serve with scalloped potatoes and green bean almondine
  • Glazed Chicken: Serve with rice pilaf and and steamed asparagus

September 2019 Suggested Accompaniments

  • Family Favorite Chili: Serve with tortilla chips, cheddar cheese sour cream and side salad
  • Fall Tenderloin: Serve with roasted red potatoes and green beans
  • Sticky Chicken: Serve with brown rice, steamed carrots and pea pods
  • Southwest Steak Tips: Serve with spanish rice & black beans, corn and side salad
  • Easy Sunday Chicken: Serve with baked potato (regular or sweet potato), broccoli, carrots and dinner roll
  • Taco Roast: Serve over nachos or in a whole grain wrap; and then add corn, beans, guacamole, salsa and sour cream
  • Rotisserie whole chicken: Serve with mashed sweet potatoes, corn on the cob and side salad
  • Hearty Beef Vegetable Soup: Serve with warm rolls, corn bread or soup crackers and a fresh salad
